Trying to figure out how much nic I intake if I'm using 3ml of 10mg a day. A formula would be nice thanks Ecf.

Here ya go...

(Total Milliliters/day) x (Milligrams of Nicotine per Milliliter of e-liquid) x (Body Absorption Rate) = Total Milligrams of Nicotine Absorbed per Day.

The 1st Two Variables are Easy.
The Absorption Rate is kinda Tricky.

Because it depends on what Type of Hardware a person Uses, the Temperatures they vape at, etc. I've seen Absorption Percentages for Modern Hardware/vaping Styles that range from 25% ~ 65%.

Don't quote me on this but I think I've seen absorption rates showing variance between individuals by a factor of 4 or some such big difference.

Yeah... I think there can be a Big Difference in how much Nicotine a Person Absorbs.

Just think of what would happen if 1 Person Held in the Hit they get for and Extra Second or Two verses someone who Doesn't?

Dr. F did a some Research on Nicotine Blood Levels of Modern vs. Older e-Cigarettes. If I can Find It, I'll post it.

Yes Dr. Farsalino (sp?) also had a study of vapers vs smokers vaping showing the wide difference between individuals I mentioned. I will look for that later as well.
