(Total Milliliters/day) x (Milligrams of Nicotine per Milliliter of e-liquid) x (Body Absorption Rate) = Total Milligrams of Nicotine Absorbed per Day.
The 1st Two Variables are Easy.
The Absorption Rate is kinda Tricky.
Because it depends on what Type of Hardware a person Uses, the Temperatures they vape at, etc. I've seen Absorption Percentages for Modern Hardware/vaping Styles that range from 25% ~ 65%.

Yes Dr. Farsalino (sp?) also had a study of vapers vs smokers vaping showing the wide difference between individuals I mentioned. I will look for that later as well.
Thanks guys I figured the intake or absorption rate would be different for each draw since we blow nic on the exhale as well was just trying to figure out how many mg of nic I actually used seems like with that I use about 30mg of nic right?
