Yes
I've been trying to get my dad to vape, he eats licorice all day, the strong salmiak kind.

I got licorice plus and anise from Flavour Art, what percentages do I need to mix them in, for it to be a strong licorice vape? and anything else from Flavor Art that can help make it a stronger liorice?

If it's too sweet or bland, he probably won't vape it.

Anyone who has experience with Flavour art licorice tastes, who can advice me what the best percentages are?

just start low as Bryong said... use a little more of the liquorice, than anis, if you want strong full bodied liquorice, you can try a "touch" of menthol,or cinnamon hot, to get the salmiak similar taste.. Only company i know of who sells salmiak-lakritz aroma (salmiak-liquorize) is selbermischen.de (germany) as this flavor is quite good market in northern Europa. but they give mix tip around 3%.. a litt low, and a little to low strong liquorice taste in it....

I vape lots of FA Licorice and Anise. Salmiac is strong licorice with some anise, so I'd start about 3% FA Licorice, 1% FA Anise. If he says it's too sweet or too 'minty,' try just 3% Licorice. If he wants it sweeter, increase Anise to 3%. Which ever of those he likes best, if he wants it substantially stronger, just double it. You can increase to at least 10% total on those flavors before they get unpleasant, though I personally prefer 3% total.
