Need help with Canadian Customs ....please!!!

Got a call from DHL this morning regarding a package from Janty France. It contains two NEO Classics and a couple bottles of juice. Janty marks the contents simply as "Electronic device". It wasn't a problem with the first NEO or second NEO I ordered (ya...two and two more in customs...my friends are all jumping on the e-cig bandwagon!).

DHL tells me that I'm gong to have to go in and clear the package with Canadian Customs. What the hell do I tell them???

I placed one order and got a call from DHL today - they left msg. I've called back numerous times, left voicemail, etc. but haven't heard back from them. Damn if I have to go to Customs. LMK how it goes?

I know that Janty monitors this forum. Frankly I'm quite surprised and annoyed that they haven't chimed in with advice or suggestions. Don't they realize that they're getting their product back if it doesn't clear customs?

Yes we can only wait until there is progress in the DHL administration at which point they wil either clear it for you or they will return it to sender. In any case, please contact us when you got news from DHL at which point you could open a helpdesk ticket and we will assist you as much as we can.

Hi opened a ticket on Thursday but haven't heard anything. I hope it doesn't take too long because you never know what customs will do with the contents...

Update.....picked up my two Neo's from customs yesterday but lost the juice. They kept 8 bottles. They're probably vaping it as I post!
