Hello, vaping guru! Im in need of help with choosing new atomiser. At the moment im using Goliath by Youde and im looking for something better: Larger build deck(as in this its very very hard to make anything larger than 2.4mm) So deck, that can handle 3mm coils(dual), big chimney, large airholes, no leaking, tank that can handle 4+ ml of juice...vape/taste amount like in goliath or better.... well something like this. Goliath sometimes just tells me fk you and leaks even when stationar on table...99% of leakages happened while in pocket or when in a car and you rest it in the door pocket. Been long time and havnt looked for new ones out there and would love to get something better where im able to do larger coils!

Thank you in advance!

My tanks tell me to "Eff off" as well so i'm with you on that , why they feel the need to release their fluids while inside my pant's pocket is beyond me but i am getting sick of it.

I will follow along since i have same problem.

Gemini mega rta and the smok tf-rta have big build decks and 4.5ml/5ml tanks respectively.

Nothing I've had has ever been leak proof. Weeping a little here and there is the best I get. I've found that I have more issues with leaks when I put my my tanks in my pocket unless I close down the air holes. When I'm in my car I normally put my mod in my cup holder wedge with a small towel or napkins so it's not rattling around. If you have bad leaking when it's just stationary then check your o-rings.

The only tanks I have that dont leak are Tobeco supertank mini's but they are not rta's (unless your real crafty)

I have yet to find an rta, that I really like. I tolerate the aromatizer by steam crave, but it will leak unless the air holes are blocked when not in use. I have often wondered about the Smok TF8 rebuild deck though. I may just order it to give it a try, but I just hate having yet another type of coil. The tobeco is nice cause the coils are the same as Aspire Atlantis and Vaperesso aswell.

Hi,
I have been a Kayfun fan for years. In fact i use them every day at work. The deck is super easy to build it is completely exposed. I think it would be a good starter RTA. They will weep a bit on hot days or massive change in altitude. I keep mine in a plastic 12ga. Shotgun Choke Case.

most tanks will leak under certain conditions... altitude changes, warm juice making it more viscous(this is why pockets can be bad), high pg juice is not good for some tanks, cotton on the air vents, not enough cotton or placed incorrectly leading to flooding, tanks getting hot in the sun, overfilling, loss of vaccum, bad O-rings...

mine only leak now when I overfill, I've learned the quirks of the particular tanks I use and how to build them. some tanks though.. are notorious for leaking period, I don't know about the goliath since I've never owned one.

Check OBS, they made several RTAs 22 and 24 (and even bigger now I think), so far, everyone I know (many being massive vapers that will try and test just about anything) that went with OBS's RTAs, end up buying a bunch of them and no longer use anything but. The OBS RTAs have been blowing everything else they used out of the water.

I have one of their tanks (the Ace that takes cartridges and an RTA module) and it's been a very solid tank, amazing airflow, the best of all my tanks.

Thanks, ill look em all up. At this point ive found one that i like very much...looks and atty quality. what do you think? GeekVape Griffin 25

They advertise as 6.2ml capacity but tripp screams as its only 5ml...anyways 6ml is pretty darn good too :D

I studied on buying the Griffin 25 for about a week and then changed my mind due to all the positive reviews on the Gemini for the air flow. In the end I opted out of both and plan on getting the Smok TF-RTA. That is if I don't change my mind again.

I have two Griffins and a Griffin 25. I'm a big fan. I've never measured the exact volume of the 25, but it's rather spacious. I'm running 3.5mm dual Clapton coils in mine right now, and it's a great vape.
I've had minimal leakage, and that usually happens if I don't wick it correctly - and it's pretty easy to wick in my opinion.

Look at the limitless rdta. I put 4mm round wire coils in mine and 3 or 3.5 Clapton's etc... Wicking is easy compared to most and once you get it right mine doesn't leak. Tilting to wet the wicks is a turnoff for many but the flavor is great so adjusting to Tilting is a minor thing.
There are many built in this style like the azeroth or ijoy combo etc.... Look up some YouTube videos (Mike vapes had a good one if memory serves) before you dismiss it.
I retired most of my rta's once I got the limitless.
Oh and I hear great things about the obs (already mentioned above) engine rta as well.
Good luck

I have a Griffin 22 clone, and I am absolutely in love with the thing. So much, I am seriously thinking of ordering a few authentics..which I rarely do. I am still a fan of the original bottom fill Goblin, but the deck is small. Same with the Fogger V4.1. I tried the Goblin V2 top fill, but it leaks when I put the top cap on. The griffin 22 has been almost leak free.. whether in the pocket, or laying on it's side. I do get some build up between the atomizer and the mod, but nothing gets on my hands unless I don't clean it after like 3-4 tank fulls, then it will get just a slight bit oily. While in the pocket, just close off the juice channels for extra protection.

I currently have a 2.5mm dual paralell build at .25 ohms, and the tank keeps up with juice supply. so, I'll have to +1 the griffin based on my experiences...

Why does it needs that tank part if you have to drip it? These RDTAs kinda confuses me....feels like buying a car, that has another cars half welded in the back.

No dripping required. It is much like an rda though in the fact there is no chimney so with the right build the flavor is great. The regular limitless holds 4ml and the plus holds 5ml I think.
There are multiple ways to wick it, I only run my wicks to the top of the glass. That is why I said you have to Tilt it, to keep the wicks wet, but when dry just pull the cap up and refill.
