Need help with cloud chasing setup

Here's what I'm thinking:
rda: ??? ( Open to suggestions - leaning towards Mutation X / Kennedy / Velocity )
Box mod: sigelei Fuchai 200W TC Mod ( Open to suggestions - willing to change for better)
Batteries: LG HB 6 (Pink) ~Seemingly one of the best 18650s, credit to @Mooch for graphs~

I'm open to suggestions for either a change in the RDA or mod. I'm trying to create a monster setup that can out-chuck my friends . As for price range, I don't really want to set a price as I'm aiming for best and willing to pay within reason. I've been doing research and it seems parallels are the way to go, so I'd be open in changing to those.

Go with the Kennedy or Velocity Mini. Avoid Mutation.

Mod avoid the Sigelei like the plague choose something else

I also like the LG batteeies.

Okay so, I suppose I'll go with the Velocity mini for my RDA. Watched some reviews on it and it's amazing for the price. Still looking for a box mod, open to suggestions.

Box Mod: RX200
Batteries: (3) LG HB 2


Any ideal modifications?

Royal hunter mini has the most airflow but my insulator just melted. As for coils 28 or 26g
twisted is a good choice
