What i usually do is buy base 100ml 100%vg with 0 nic and buy 30ml ready liquid with 18nic and pour the 30ml in the base so i have 130ml juice. cost is about 13-14Euro.

Once i bought a strawberry flavor 10ml and base 100ml 100%vg with 3nic and the price was the same 13-14 euro and the flavor wasnt so good i used all the 10ml flavor in the base as they told me to do in my local vaping shop (i left this one 3 days before i started vaping with it)

Is there any other way to do it better and maybe cheaper ?

It works to a point. Your final nicotine level will be determined by how much Strawberry you add. It will likely come close to your target of 3ml. However, if you want more or less flavor, you're going to affect the nic level. You also can't adjust PG/VG ratio. Or if you want to change the nic level, you're stuck. In other words, you don't have any options if you want to try something different. A far better solution is to buy a higher nic level, like 48 or 100 and some PG and VG. PG and VG are cheap and easy to get, while nicotine might be more dicey. A stronger base nic will last a lot longer and you won't have to be constantly worried about losing your supply of it.

The only way to accurate mix your DIY is to use a calculator and bases, flavors and nicotine. If you are going to buy premixed when you get finished you will get the result of how much you dilute it and not what you would get if you added the nicotine to achieve the correct strength. At least this is my opinion and how I mix my DIY.
