New to DIY ? on nic base

If I am using 100ml (10%) nicotine base.
And I want to mix a 10ml batch of 12 mg (1.2%) juice. I would use 1.2ml of nic base and 8.8ml of pg/vg/ flavoring. Is this correct?

Yes that is correct and remember that the PG contained in the flavoring counts towards the total amount of PG in the final mix.

Yes. But when you get to mixing up flavors and PG/VG etc., you will want to use one of the calculator applications, unless you enjoy algebra and can use a spreadsheet application.
