Hi everyone!
I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently purchased a kayfun lite plus. I've been building micro coils on it, everything was going great...until tonight. I have no idea what happened. No matter what I build, as of done before without problem, I get an error code. At least on Provari, every other device just won't read it. I'm certain my build is correct. I've started over a million times. I know all is perfect. My thought is the center post somehow got out of whack? I'm not sure what to try or how to fix this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks guys!

check the center post at the bottom for shorts ( screw is touching side of the threaded stub on bottom of atty)
Check the insulator beneath the + block of the coil attachment points ( did it melt?)
Check to see if the + block is loose ( did it rotate and touch the neg post?)
See if the center pin on you mod is not depressed too far inwards resulting in a non connect with the + pins ( atty and battery)

Consider getting an ohm meter.. really helps in finding shorts open circuits

Thanks for the quick reply!
I took it apart and checked the insulator. Perfectly fine, not melted. The block is straight, not touching either post. I tried it on three different mods, same problem. I do have an ohms reader. Oddly that's where my trouble began. After screwing it on the meter, it stopped reading on any mod, or in the case of Provari, I get an error code. That's what made me think it's a center pin problem. Did I screw it on to tight to ohms reader? But I loosened it, tightened it, took it in and out. No luck. I do have a question. When I removed the center pin, I noticed a drilled hole in pin. Did I loose something?

Its your center pin on the Kayfun. Its probably too far inward to make contact with the pin on your mods. And when you screw it into your ohm meter it pushes it in further. Can you somehow get the center pin on the Kayfun to stick out more??

Part of reason I went Russian 91 it has an adjustable center pin. Not sure but I don't think the Kayfun lite+ has one. Maybe buy a mod with a floating center pin??

Let me know if this helps, I've been on a roll with Kayfun trouble shooting lately :)

Okay, I have an update. I adjusted the center pin, pulled it out a bit. Thought I had success! It read correctly on my Provari and Vamo. Dabbed a little juice on the cotton and coil, gave it a test fire, worked great! Got it all together, read perfect! Turned it upside down, unscrewed fill hole began to fill with ejuice, it ran out the drip tip :(. Out of pure desperation tried it anyway. Of course it just flooded out the air hole. My guess? Adjusting the center pin messed up my block? I took it apart, checked it, it was tight and straight. Any futher advice would be soooo appreciated! Grateful for the help thus far!
As far as error codes on the Provari, I've gotten e1 most of the time, but when I kept adjusting I also got e2. No error codes with my last attempt, just flooding. My guess is still the center pin? But how to fix? Again, I appreciate all the help!

Last update!
Okay! Kept adjusting that center pin. That is a job being when you adjust it, it loosens your entire block. But turns out that was the problem the entire time. Kayfun is running 100% again! Thank you everyone for taking the time to offer advice. Helped a lot! :)
