Hello everyone.

Recently bought a nemesis and chi you clone mods from fast tech. Just wanted
some opinions on which ones y'all thought were better? And why?

Also picked up a kick ( https://www.fasttech.com/p/1501000 ). I did boat loads
of research and will be using the aspire nautilus with these mechanical mods. I
figured since it was 1.6-1.8 ohms, and the stated ohms you should kick at in a
mech is 1.5-3 I thought it would be alright.

Is this product good? I really hope it's not too challenging for me a beginner
to install and use. And that it works semi decent and will give me a good
consistent vape.

I also bought 2 aw imr 18650 batteries. Will these fit inside the mechs with the
kick or should I go ahead and buy some 18490s? I bought it along with a nitecore
i2 charger so it will work for both.

Thank you for any help given at all it is very much appreciated! I'm new to this
and really need some good advice from fellow members! Good day!

Your Kick and 18650 should be just fine on the nemesis. It has a very short ring that is there for using a kick. I don't use one myself. I like the Nemesis slightly more than the Chi You. I have both and they are both great. The Chi is just a little harder to set up. ALso a little more dificult to adjust when you change whatever atty you have on top. The CHi takes the cake for well built though. The only thing I would ask is which Chi did you get? I originally bought a cheaper version on FT, they have several, and I was not happy at all. I had to return it. Enjoy! HTH

Yes the Kick 2 as in my case works fine with either the 18650, 18500/18490 or 18350 batteries. With the 18650 use the 18500 extension for it as the ring is really meant for when you are using a fuse under the battery. For the 18500 and a kick use the 18650 tubes and the 18350 use the additional short extension for the 18500. That is actually how it works for me since the kick is about the same length as the 18500 extension. If you like the beauty ring then get the Nemesis Mechanical Mod Contacts Upgrade from FatDaddyVapes which is better than the originals regardless.

As for the other I have no idea on it.

Nemesis is a hard hitter, hits better then the real chi you IMO (real chi you wasnt bad at all either). I havnt tried the clone chi but the real chi feels much sturdier then the nemesis and has a way better locking ring and switch.

If i could have the nemesis hit in the chi body, that would be perfect.

Two solid mods. Both will fit a kick with any battery size (just a case of using the correct config of tube sections).

Any resistance (premade) coil unit in the Nautilus will work fine with the kick - the available range is well within the tolerance of the kick. That said, the ft kick knockoff can be flakey - you might want to consider a genuine evolv kick (version 1 or 2 - both are good) at some point.

In terms of other mods in that same quality range, I can recommend the Astro clone. It's a telescoper (not build out of tube sections), so may or may not be to your liking, but it hits nice and hard and has a rakish aesthetic charm (looks kinda steam punkish). It also has the sweetest fire button action I've seen in a sub-$100 mech (oh, you might want to consider the magnet upgrade for the nemesis switch to fix a slight clickiness).
