First off I hope this is in the right place, if not could the mods please move it for me.

OK, heres the box I am going to use;

3.15in X 2.17in" X 0.98in Aluminum Die Cast Box-MPJA, Inc.

2 of these batteries;

3.2 Volt 800 mAh LiFePO4 18500 Battery

2 of these battery holders;

10 x 18650 17500 18500 Battery Holder Box Case 6" Lead | eBay

Switch;

Horn style switch -- Black

510 connector;

510 Battery Connector, Gold, Large Hole

This will be a bottom feeder used with 1.5 ohm dual coils and I plan on dremmeling the box for clearance issues. My questions are mainly electrical in nature.

1) Can I run these 3.2V lifepo4 18500's in series with straight power to the switch and then to the 510 connection? I currently run my Silver Bullet with 2 Tenergy 3.2v rcr123a's and under load it reads 5.6V with dual coils which is ideal for me.

Without drawing a schematic my setup would be a battery on right/left and bottle in the middle, so I guess my main question is do I need any other electrical components to complete this idea? Or is my idea fine the way it is?

Thanks to everyone in the ECF community who can assist me. I love this forum!

Any info would be appreciated and im aware that I would need wire and JB Weld and other odds and ends to complete this.

Looks good to me.

Just a tip when using those diecast aluminum boxes - screw on the cover plate when you press in the atty connector. They have a tendency to crack under pressure and the lid will keep everything strong.

Also grab this bit for the Dremel: 1/16 In. Engraving Cutter-106 at The Home Depot

It works great on those boxes and lets you get in corners too.
