I have the awful trio 51. I am waiting for my 3.7v box mod from madvapes. Until then, when I fill my carts and use the trio 51 i am not getting the flavor that I put in the carts. I use fluval, I dont over stuff and i fill the right, but I dont get the flavor. The only way I get flavor is if I use drops in the atomizer, and when its gone from there I still have a full cart and feel like I am still smoking the atomizer.....I tried several carts and flavors. I am lost please help....thank you

The difference in flavor when dripping and when using carts is like night and day. I never get the same flavor from carts or cartos that I do when dripping. There's just something about filler (no matter what type you're using) that makes some juices lose their flavor and that is why I drip most of the time. I only use cartos when I'm away from home.

You can keep dripping if you want. I think it's easier and you don't waste as much juice. Just put a couple of drops directly on the bridge in the atomizer and vape away. When the flavor changes and vapor production starts dropping, add a couple more drops. Easy peasy.

If you're refilling cart's they do wear out after a while. If the filler material is pushed down too far it won't contact the bridge in your atty and the juice won't wick. You can try to fluff it up a bit and see if that helps with wicking. Personally, I'd just take the filler out and just drip. It'll save you some frustration, although you need to drip more frequently than you fill a cart.

Does the trio have the push-up inner carts inside the mouthpiece? (i.e. you stick a smooth unbent paper clip in the mouthole to push up the inner cart for filling?)

Various problems for no flavor when you refill

1- the stuffing is not at or near the top of the inner cart. This can happen on its own, or if you use the atty to push the inner cart back in

2 - not enough juice in the cart or not well-distributed enough, and especially if top of cart stuffing is not wet

3 - ejuice with not enough flavor

4 - your white stuffing is used too much and needs to be replaced. You can try replacing with a somewhat fluffed little piece of polyfill aka fiberfill stuffing from a sewing shop. Better is to switch to blue foam stuffing. I started by cutting down the precut pieces sold at strictlyejuice.com (75 cents for 10 pieces) (search Youtube for M401 blue foam to find a demo of cutting foam stuffing for an M401 cart which is a small push-up cart). If you want larger amounts of uncut blue foam buy Marineland Rite-Size U Foam Sleeve at Petsmart aquarium dept.

i use fluval and i have polyfil. I tried stuffing several diffrent ways and always make sure that there is plenty of liquid in there even on top. I usually ues the atty to push the inner cart in al the way, and still barely anything. I was direct dripping, and yes, so much better. My only worry is that I flooded a battery and it didnt take that long to do. I know that it was my fault and i was obviously using to much, but it seemed to happen very easily.
