Need help with new mod issues

I recently bought a Sigelei T150 and borrowed my buddy's smok TFV4. My problem is that it only allows me to use temperature control and not wattage. When I use wattage and try to fire it tells me to check atomizer. I don't know anyone else that has the same mod as myself but everyone else that tries the TFV4 has no issues with using wattage mode.

I bought a tank of my own, a TFV8 cloud beast, and am still having the same issues. I tried some other, much smaller tanks and they have no issue using wattage and temperature modes. Everyone I've asked around here is stumped, including the place I bought it from. I haven't been able to find anything online about it either.

Go to YouTube and find out how to change the mode. It'll be a simple few clicks, but doing the right buttons is key.

It's touch screen and there's a 'button' to change from temp control to wattage but when it's on wattage it tells me to check atomizer.

What is the resistance of the 'suspect' coil? If it's too low, may not fire in power mode..

The coil is not designed for use in Wattage mode.
