I've been slowly dropping my nic level in all my juices from 24mg down to 18mg, because I was having a really hard time sleeping at night. Also trying to ween myself slowly of the nic levels to try and help the craving for the analogs. The 24mg would cure the nic craving but I never got a good nights sleep. Went to the 18mg. Doesn't do a whole lot for the nic craving but it cures the hand to mouth addiction. When I go to the 18mg I get weaker for the analogs and vape my lungs out. Still problems sleeping. Droped down to some 12mg, in a few different flavors that I kinda enjoy and can deal with. Still the same thing, the lower nicotine level juice doesn't help the craving and that's when I get really weak for an analog. I vape so much after work that I spend all evening drinking water and go to bed with a very large cup of water, just in case I need a drink at night. I've got most of my gear finally sorted out where I'm enjoying it more and more. I was just hoping for some suggestions on the nicotine level. I know it's the nic level that's not letting me sleep, because I never had this problem before. I even take Xanax right before bed for the CPAP anxiety that happens when my face gets covered up. This sleep thing just started about 2-3 weeks after I started vaping. Like I said once I get home I vape like a mad man, to try and cure the analog craving. Suggestions are extremely welcome.
