Need Help With Rebuildable Dripper Info

Hey guys and gals, I've been vaping now for about 8 months, my current setup is a Protank II with a Vision Spinner 1300 mAH. I currently have a Vamo V5 on it's way, with some 1.8 ohm prebuilt wicks and coils. My question is, is there a general go to thread for beginners looking to get into dripping, with benefits and such? If someone could link one i'd appreciate it.

Also, if I went with something like an Igo-L, can I use the prebuilt cotton wicks that I bought already?
