i want a smok x cube 2 and have enough for it but im wondering if the isub apex will be able to handle 160w? is there a type of coil i could use that will work? the only coils i have right now are 0.5 ohms and the reccomended wattage is 35
No the isub apex couldn't handle 160w and before you get the xcube2 check out the smok r200. It's the newest version of the xcube2 so ya might be interested.

I have the xcube2 an I love it....but you will probably never use it at 160 watts anyway unless you have built some crazy coil or something.... Look at the tfv4 it is 24.5 mm just like the mod. It will be capable of getting in the 100 watt range, if high wattage hot vapes are your thing.....but in cconclusion I like the xcube2 allot

What's the cheapest tank I could get that supports 100w?

i am a bit confused - don't get me wrong, i prefer a warm vape and have several 150watt + mods, but rarely vape over 70w on a .25 ohm coil (usually in the 45-55 watt range) - what is the theory behind wanting a 100watt+ vape? I have run the triple coil on the tfv4 up to 130w just to try it and the coil performed okay, but was not my preferred vape... is there some magic that is supposed to happen at 100+ watts or is it simply doing it to do it - really not trying to be snarky here, genuinely curious about the motivation

In theory more watts = bigger clouds.
