Need info on starting local e-cig company

I didn't know where to post this.

I am looking to gather info on what I would need to do to start a local e-cig business. I need info on suppliers of everything, hardware, juice and various types of cartomizers.

I want to offer a better e-cig than the mall vendors at a good price. I currently use a Riva 510 SE and at Liberty Flights I got it for 35 dollars, comes with 2 e-cigs with 750 mah batteries. I wanna offer that or something like it as well as some mini types for those who just can't handle the larger batt.

I need best prices for best equipment possible. Looking to spend a little and order more as business grows. Not looking to stock pile a ton of product I will have to put out a ton of cash for.

You looking to run it off or online? By local I presume then that you are thinking of opening a shop of some sort? How will you be selling?

I plan to have a small local shop yes, but want to start online and with small kiosks or stands locally until I can afford the shop. The main thing is the kiosks to get the product in front of people locally and I could also refer them to the website. I'm all about helping to trigger a local explosion of people switching from killer cigarettes to safer e-cigs.
