HOW MANY OHMS IS SAFE WHEN I AM RUNNING MY BOX MOD AT 30 WATTS?

In a regulated device, it doesn't much matter. As far as the battery is concerned, 30 watts is 30 watts, whether you're pushing it through 10 ohms or 1/10 of an ohm. In either case, the battery is doing exactly the same thing: dumping roughly 3.7 volts (depending on how fully charged it is) into the board which adjusts its own internal resistance to around 0.45Ω in order to maintain those 30 watts. Your concern is more of an issue with mechanical or unregulated devices where the resistance determines the power level, not the other way around.

If your having trouble understanding resistance a rebuildable atomizer is the last thing you should be buying lol

You do understand you have to build your own coils?

Every mod has a set range, say from ..5 to 3.0 ohms as long as you stay inside the mods limits it will run the Atty.

You have to figure out the coil you want to build to handle the power you want to set

Couple of examples, being it is an RTA (Rebuildable Tank Atomizer).

Hana DNA30 30 Watt as an example mod in the range you are talking, 30 watts maximum output.

Orchid Coil roughly 3.0 ohms, maximum ohm limit for the DNA30 board, the board reads 3.0 ohms, set to 30watts it will try to push 9.486 volts, about 9.5 volts to the coil at about 3.1 Amperes. To do this there is what is called a kick circuit in the board, taking raw amperage from the battery to convert to voltage, thus why a 20amp Continuous Discharge Rate battery or higher is recommended.

Orchid Coil roughly 1.5ohms, the kick circuit in the DNA30 board will try to send about 6.71 volts to the coil to reach 30watts at 4.47amps

Orchid Coil roughly 0.75ohms, the voltage output becomes 4.74 volts at 6.3 amps.

Using ohms law, to reach 30 watts at 4.2 volts, coil needs to be around 0.6ohms, pulling a hefty 7.14amps.

Most RTAs, to let the battery last a while but give good performance at lower voltage, you have to balance cloud production with battery drain, thus myself personally, even on a regulated 20watt, 30watt, even 50, 100, or 150watt regulated mod, I aim for the 1.3 to 1.6ohm area, at this range of resistance I can still put it on one of my mechanicals and still get a decent vape and decent battery life.
