I have 2 Grands and will be getting one more soon.i need to know about batteries. I am using RM2s and have to change the AW IMR 18650 3.7v 1600mAh batteries at 1/2 bottle used.

if i get AW IMR 18650 3.7v 2000mAh will they last a whole bottle? Is there any battery that can be used that will last a whole bottle of juice?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I always have to change mine at about the same time. I top off my bottle when I change the battery so squonking remains easy. Sometimes if I am not sure if it is time to change the battery, I can just glance at the level of my juice to know. Yep, I am lazy that way! At least it is predictable right?

I'm on my phone or I'd find my thread I made on my light green pannys.

I just changed the one I put in Sunday evening about an hour ago. Over two bottles. It still had kick, but it was noticeable that it wasn't fresh.

Thanks to my phone, I could have posted this from anywhere.

Just a heads up, those light green pannies are the "new and improved" gray jackets that I use. In order for a flat top to work correctly with the Grand's firing pin, you need to use a fuse or you risk intermittent firing and such. Luckily, the fuse fits into the notch of the grand perfectly (by design maybe?)

My pannies do last longer than the AW's, but I still change them out at least once a day. Usually I go through one or two, plus a set on my VV as well. But then, I vape a LOT of juice

What is a fuse?

There will be hardly any difference while using a mechanical mod between the 2000 and the 1600 AW. With lower ohm coils in fact the 1600s will give a slightly longer vape time than the 2000s but the difference is very slight almost to be come pointless. In a regulated mod I believe the 2000s might give a longer vape time. No you will not be able to vape a whole bottle at least with the satisfaction that you do now vaping 1/2 bottle.

THis link will show you amps/voltage for the 1600 and the 2000s and the curves are very close.

Must remind everyone of this post from Robert. He was talking about the Panasonic and the Grand. Please click on the post it is linked to where it was posted.

My spring is my 2nd fuse ;)

ETA: I checked that thread, and those are not the gray jackets I use, that thread was from 5/2013 before they dc'd the grays and brought out the "new" one. Go by the numbers and letters, not the color. I have researched this particular battery and feel quite safe, but unless you want to research batteries yourself, stick with what the Mod maker suggests :)

When I only had one REO, a 2000 mAH AW IMR did indeed last me through a whole bottle, every day. Now I have a second and tried some 1600 mAH. They don't... about 3/4 or so. I still go out the door in the mornings with a 2000 in case I have to stay late. But I'm not vaping a whole bottle in one Grand any more. I charge any battery I've used any significant amount daily.
