Hi Folks, I'm new to all of this and need some help. I have just received my Provari and Vivi Nova but when I'm using them I get a horrible burning taste and a sore throat. The atomiser says 2.4 on it but the Provari says 1.9 when I checked and I have tried the volts from 2.9 right up until I got the E1 message. When I filled it with juice I didn't fill it past the white cap inside the tank and have left it for the liquid it to soak into the wick but still no joy. Any help would be much appreciated as I'm desperate to start using it. Cheers Craig

The vivi nova must be tilted and twirled to keep the wicks saturated. You may have burnt the wicks to the point where they will need replacement, if you can't get the coils cleaned. Replace the coil/wick right now, keep the vivi wick saturated (it is a position dependent top coil device), and try again.
