I bought a fantastic kit, the "Volt" Came with 2 batt's and charger 5 prefills and i ordered another5. Now, i seem to have a defective Batt, it last a half hour(week and a half old). They want me to send in the Batt and they will send me a new one. Im sorry, but i have One Batt besides the defective one. I Quit analogs all together now, but if i send in this batt to them, ill be forced to go buy a pack of analogs and start them again, Its been a week off them and i feel great, seeing im a cripple(broke back in 1997 and 8 failed surgeries). I cant go back to the cigs, I have so many health issues i dont want to go back. This is the best tihng ive come across as far as quitting(tried 10 times) I never lasted over 3 days.
I love Smokless Image and their products, but please, why would you ask a noob to send in the only other batt he has, and use one. Then on top of that the only way to fill the void will be to smoke. Ive recomended them to everyone, post after post. I hope things are set right. They are a great company, along with Altsmokes, Who will(are) carrying SM's products soon.
I have a place 25 miles from me to drive too to get Bloog, but heck, i can hardly sit in this chair let alone drive to a gas station.

Edit: Yes i know the warrenty, Always have. Editing this before Uncle posts me a link again to warrenties. This has nothing to do with them honoring it, its a matter of inconveniance. Also sorry if my spelling isnt up to par.
