Premium e cigarettes ...Nightmare

Well ive just been at this vape thing for a little over a month now and i started with the pr-110 from premium its a kr808 and quiet pricey and to be honest it "worked" pretty darn good the first week the second i had an auto battery which went bad and they replaced it quiet quickly then a week later the 2nd of my 1st 2 batts went crazy on me and i have been trying to get it replaced for going on over 3 weeks now and last thursday they sent me an email saying i had only ordered once from them and that i had never sent them the other batt back so they pretty unbusiness like and somewhat threatenly left it at that. Now when i got the 1st replacement batt all that was in it was a brochure which they had already sent me like 50 of them with the first order so i just took the batt out and dumped the envelope and brochure and the condecending email reply i got from my complaint of the 2nd batt going bad said that crap about sending back the 1st batt or they was going to bill me for it, now mind you they claimed they sent a label to send it back but i never saw one. Not only that but the whole process was conducted through emails and they never replied to the return email i sent with the answers to the batt trouble shooting questions, i just got an email stating that my order had shipped and a few days later i got the 1st replacement battery in the package i just mentioned,nothing saying to return the bad batt or anything , no other communication until i emailed about the 2nd bad batt and that email went unansweredfor over a week so i emailed again and after 2 days i got an email with the trouble shooting question which i answered within 5 minutes of receiving it and in another 2 days i got the email that mentioned my only having one order and not returning the 1st battery to which i replied with the whole previous story and that was last wednesday and so far nothing else.....so thanks premium e for such a wonderful experience and my trial of your product is now over and while i like the kr808 cartos and all i would never even under extreme nic withdrawl ever never order from this company again and look forward to placing my order with a more respected company.
