Ok, So I am relatively new to vaping and have graduated from gas station ecigs, to egos, to variable voltage. I have mostly been using vision clearomizers, dct tanks and ego attys. Now, I have ordered a ProVari and I am wondering what sort of attys/cartos I should be using. I like the convenience of the clearomizers, but the flavor of the ego attys is more pronounced and tastes better. I did order a bridgeless atty for dripping and a rebuildable Defcon atty. What other cartos/clearos should I try? I have heard good things about Fluxomizers and the vivi nova and will probably order one of each to try. What else should I try?

i try quit a number of setup but eventually i go back to tanks. I tried bottom feeder "the surge tank" .. Dripping using HR 3.5v ikenvape or the 306's.. then the easiest for me is using a tank. Pyrex tank to be exact but currently changing back my setup because im vaping 100% VG.. experiment with punching few hole and adding some distilled water to use in a tank. I still drip when im at home, just when im on the move i prefer tanks.

I'm not sure if a perfect solution exists.

I've had a very good experience with the vivi nova, but you are already going to try one of those. It does have a few minor issues but a lot less then most solutions. Looks pretty good on a ProVari as well.

The other one I like is a bit hard to recommend for trying out because of the cost. The Golden Greek Odysseus and Penelope are something else. It's a series of rebuildable atomizer tanks that in my opinion are as beautiful as the ProVari itself. They vape like crazy and should last a life time. You have to like to fiddle as you end up building your own coils for them. Most people after a few times can have a new coil built and installed in a few minutes. Pricy at 115-130 dollars, yes. Hard to find, also yes, but clouds of vapor still has some Penelope stock as I write this. However, for roughly 30 dollars in supplies...resistance wire, no resistance wire and some wick I have enough supplies to rebuild the atomizer for years. In the long term they are cost effective. The Zenesis Z-atty is another of the rebuildable devices. I haven't tried it but it's highly touted by the owners. I'm on a notify list when they become available again but I don't think you could find one right now.

I've been using the smoktech 1.5 dcc with their 6 ml tanks, between 8 and 11 bucks. absolutely love this setup. I vape between 3.7 and 4.2 volts, and have never had to go lower or higher than that.
the only negative, is some of thier tops are seriously tight. so when they started selling the ones with the chrome top and bottom, i fell in love. they are the best, and the tops are easy to take off. i think theyre almost the same amount, maybe a buck or two higher on some sites.

Whatever you go with make sure it's at least a dual coil 1.5ohm/2.5+ohm single coil or higher. Using low resistance anything is a waste of the ProVari and will cause battery issues. (Short run times, needing to replace them much sooner. Low res does not mean longer run times...it's actually worse) Low resistance stuff is for fixed/static mods running @ 3.3-3.7 volts that are not able to ramp up voltages. We (ProVari owners) don't have this issue.

I'm with EzKill here. GG tanks and/or Genesis atomizers are the way to go. The Smok/Boge carto's were ripping up my throat/lungs. What I thought was throat hit from my juice was something else. Heat? Airborne poly fibers? Who knows? The GG's and Genesis stuff pumps out bigger clouds with tastier vape than any carto, drip atomizer, tank, I've used. And I pretty much tried it all. A DID, while not fancy, can be had easily for under $100. Put another $30 into wire and mesh and you'll never buy another carto again. That $130 spent will last a year or more. The vape is night and day better than even a new carto. Old cartos (A week or less in some cases) just taste foul. $3-5 a pop adds up pretty quickly. If given a choice between breathing in something I built vs something built in China...I know what I'm choosing to inhale. Don't buy the Ferrari and skimp on the tires!

Nice! Sage advice, but that's the beauty of the ProVari, it will work with anything out there.

EGO-mainiac, you are investing in something that will deliver exactly the same voltage/wattage each and every time you push the button. Why not compliment that with something that will deliver the taste and hit you are expecting each and avery time? I agree, the high-end rebuildable atty tanks are outstanding and will pay for themselves as time goes by. The only downside that I see with them is if you want to run multiple juices throughout the day. I know I do. I've tried a multitude of devices so far, and the Vivi Novas work very well with the ProVari, but I found that switching juices can be a little time consuming. If you're good with that, you will be happy with the $12 device, or something more high-end like the GG.

Another angle on the multiple juice thing, go with some inexpensive clearomizers. LordDavon just did a review of the CE4+ clearo, and he gave it a thumbs up. CE4 Video These cost like $3 and look like they will last a while before discarding. HappySmoker.com I haven't tried them myself yet, but they look interesting.

So, I guess in a nutshell, vapor delivery is as subjective as juice or other hardware. It's just a matter of trying a few methods and decide which direction you want to go in. I know this kind of goes against the Ferrari allusion, but everyone is different with how they do things, or wish to do things.
