Need some Advice on my set up

Hi, I am David.
I been vaping for 2 years was an 3 pack a day for 15 + years. I have been using a pro tank 2 and am tired of spending on the coils. So here is what I bought.

Vamo V3 mod
Vulcan rda
2 Efest 18650 2000mah batteries
and a Ohm checker
28 and 24 gauge Kanthal wire


I do not plan on doing sub ohm straight out, I have been using 2.2 ohm coils in my ProTank2 and I am Shure comparing it to the Vulcan will be night and day. my question is will this set up be safe to start with??? thanks for your time in reading this

It's a perfectly safe combination. Just be aware that sub ohm is never going to happen on a VAMO. The electronics aren't built for it and it's own internal protection won't fire much of anything below 1.3 ohms.

Sounds like a great upgrade! I don't think the Vamo will fire under 1.2 or 1.3, can't remember.

28ga, 8 wraps on an 1/8" mandrel will give you a nice vape. And I really enjoy the Cellucotton Rayon wicking. This is excellent stuff -- head and shoulders above silica. Enjoy!

You will get much more use and growth out of an IPV 50 / 100 watt or a sigelei 100 watt mod box.
