Need some help. Anybody?

First of all, I'm about to cry buckets. My kissbox died. Not the atomizer, the manual switch. I put the automatic switch on and it works fine. The only problem I had with the automatic switch is the taste of "motor oil" (that's the only way I can describe it) coming from my cig. But I didn't get that taste with the manual. ??? Don't get it. Anyway, I have emailed Ludo numerous times about the automatic but no replies. I used all of the emails provided. Even emailed Harry. I don't mean to call Ludo out. I just need to know what's up.

We were told to make sure to let them know what part had the problem and that's what I did on all of the emails.

Plus I was refunded some money and there was a problem with this and there was no answer for that either. :(

And now my manual switch is gone...and this really really sucks.

My question about this is, is everything going to be handled by Janty USA and we're just waiting for them to be open before I get a response? Do I have to wait to email again? This time including the problem with my manual switch? If any of you know or may have read something I missed here, let me know. Or Ludo, perhaps you can shed some light on this and why my emails are not getting answered. I used the email addresses you provided here. ALL of them. Are they correct?


The GOOD news is (yeah there is some good news thank God). I put a Janty HD cart in my Meltrex smoke this morning. Ahhhhhhhhhh that's good. I should be able to get through the day.
 
different flavors. I like the janty flavors. The mel flavors are good too, but I really like the Janty flavors. And when the flavor runs out of the cartridge, I top them off with liquid I bought from e-cig-sales.com. YUM! And I love the mel pen so using them together has awesome!!!!
