Need some help please

Hi Neil!

I hope you are well during this crazy pandemic time. I need some help with an order I place on August 18th. The order is: #V100380217. Since August 19th it’s said it’s “preparing to ship,” yet never does actually ship out. So it’s been over 2 weeks and it’s still not even shipped. It’s a big order and my credit card has been charged since Aug 18. Could you let me know what’s going on? I have emailed customer service twice but no one ever responds. I appreciate the help!

Hi Daisy! Very sorry to hear that, I've asked someone to look into this and reach out. They're normally pretty good at responding to tickets though, but sometimes they end up in spam, so if you could please check there just in case it came in. Otherwise, expect someone to reach out soon!

Thank you so much for responding. I truly appreciate that! I have checked, double checked and triple checked my spam each day as I’ve been waiting for a reply But definitely nothing so far. I’ll wait to hear something from someone soon. Thanks again for your help!
