Need Some Help With A Box Mod I Bought

I bought this box mod rated at 300 watts and I want to know what you guys (the pros) think and how I should use it to produce max clouds and flavor safely, and just random suggestions that'll help.. Thank you in advance

I've heard this question a lot and my typical responce... Why would you want to go that high in wattage? One of the best reasons to buy a mod "capable" of high wattages is due to it's multiple battery, it will last longer on a single charge with standard builds.

I've got two Sig 150 mods and my batteries will last two days with a standard dual coil (around .6 ohm) at 50-55 watts and give me a warm, full vape with lots of clouds.

Sure! it's nice to know you've got that power. Can't argue with that, but you'll probably never use it all.

well, turn it up to 300 watts, no cotton and that coil will light up the room! (before it melts)

I'm pretty sure that its an unregulated box mod with protection. It won't accept lower than .08 ohm, so its not going to hit close to 300 watts. You will be able to get more power than most regulated mods though.

OP, build your dark horse or little boy with a low resistance build and it will work great.

Everything about this mod screams unsafe. Even the advertising claim of "300W" is misleading at the very least. With the minimum .08ohm build and maximum 4.2V output it can only hit 220.5W, and that's only going to last a puff or two until the battery charge starts dropping..

It's basically a parallel dual battery mech mod using protected Li-ion batteries designed for flashlights with a built in battery charger. You can't adjust the wattage yourself, it works just like any other mech. The only "protection" it has comes from the protected battery and built in battery charger. It's 4.2V max output, just like any other mech mod.

So, you've bought a mech mod with a cheap built-in battery charger and some protected Li-ion batteries. Welcome to 2007. Be aware that the whole reason the vaping world has moved to IMR batteries is because Li-ions can explode and the cheap home-made battery charger in that mod is questionable at best when it comes to safe charging. Personally I wouldn't touch this mod with a 10 foot pole, especially if the batteries were charged.
