I bought the zenith atomizer a few days ago and I'm trying to get the top cap apart. I haven't been able to yet. The top ring comes off supposedly by pulling it with your hands but it's not coming. I've tried the freezer and two pairs of pliers. I've made scratches with the pliers even though I used a towel in between the pliers and top cap. Am I screwed or is there a fix? If you need pictures I'll take some.
