Need to know coil sizes (what size bits/needle tips)

I'm working on a new project and wanted to know what most people use for coil sizes (wrapping coils).

So far I've gotten a list of:
5/64 Drill Bit
1/16 Drill Bit
7/64 Drill Bit
3/32 Drill Bit
14 Gauge Blunt Tip Needle
16 Gauge Blunt Tip Needle
18 Gauge Blunt Tip Needle
20 Gauge Blunt Tip Needle

Are these pretty much the standard for all coils? If so, could you tell me what constitutes at Macro, Micro, Nano, Super Nano?

What size would a factory Protank Coil be? How about a nautilus?

I've looked around and tried finding all the info I can but I figured on top of what I've found I would ask here because most people here know their stuff
