Need to post in the Services for Suppliers Section

Long time reader first time poster. Does anyone know the specific requirements that need to be met before I can post in the Services for Suppliers section?

On a side note:

I really don't want to spam the New Members Forums but I also really want to post in the Services for Suppliers section.

Could somebody help me out?

It's regarding me offering suppliers some free banner space on my (not e-cig related) website.

The clock cycles and sets profiles I believe 12 or 15 minutes past the hour, so even with the required post you might have to wait a bit.
