I've never had a problem vaping and sleeping, but melatonin probably helps in that respect. Before I retired, my job included being on call a couple of nights a week. It's even harder sleeping next to a cocked cell phone or pager, LOL. I found melatonin to be a natural sleep aid and all I had to do to wake up after the pager went off was sit under a bright light for a few minutes while talking to the customer on the phone. Light converts melatonin into serotonin, the wake up hormone. Melatonin is also an anti-oxidant.
