Just awoke from 7 hours sleep. It's my weekend, I work graveyard shift. Wifey works 2 12's on regular weekend, and 2 8's during the week. I get to see her on Monday, we're both off. Ain't so bad, some people got no job at all. After 42 years of marital bliss. Things are sure different than I thought they were going to be. I sure don't stay up to vape. . .actually trying to work my way down to zero nic. Keep getting hung up around 11mg. Then back to 18. . .blend the two, 18+11, use that for awhile, 14.5, then back to 11. Best level for me if I'm gonna vape is zero nic. I'll get there one of these NIGHTS! JMHO

Cheers,
otrpu

yep yep gotta learn to stay away from it at night ....high voltage + double digit nic levels = no sleep.......for me atleast, it may take longer to absorb this way, vaping, but the amount we absorb............is somewhat more, I think, because I vape alot less than I smoked and I believe we all have different absorbtion rates and amounts for some people vape more than they smoke and some don't......

Probably normal... you get way less nicotine from a PV, and your body is probably craving the NIC.
I read other members cut down the NIC level a few hours before bed.

Personally I vape until I cant make out the T.V. through the clouds, then hit the mattress, and sleep just fine.

Well said about getting less nicotine from our PVs. I agree with this comment because it's my situation exactly. I sleep like a log but stay awake chain vaping on an eGo PT until everything becomes a fog - especially my mind.

Yep, it's frustrating at times! This week I'm sleeping good, hope it continues!

I vape A LOT in bed right before I pass out. I wake up with my Ego in my hand under my pillow almost every morning. It's like a sleep aid for me to get all "nic'd" up before bed. It's never kept me awake.

Hmmm...my son had the same problem for a year or so before breaking the habit. Now he's a BIG BOY almost 3! ;)

I'm sure you'll stop sleeping with your "binky" some day!

(Just playing by the way...my wife calls my PV my "Binky", felt good to rag on someone else about it!) :vapor:

LOL

We actually had a thread with people talking about how they fall asleep with their PV's. :)
