need to upgrade from joye510

first i didnt know where to post this but i thought this was as close to the correct forum as there was.

anyway. i have been using the joye510 for about 2 weeks and its working good for the most part. the two issues i have are the carts dont last long and the batteries die too fast. the carts i have tried different mods and i got it working at its best with a version of the blue filter mod that i came up with. ive tried the PTB and others.

what i would like is something that will last me as long as possible, i ordered the extended battery for the 510 but i sill think that will die too fast.

so what can i get that will last for a long time in both the juice and power?

the vapor output is awesome and so is the TH so as far as the 510 goes it will be hard to beat.

There are some options for you, with regard to battery life you can extend this a lot on the 510 system by getting a mod-style device or the new eGo/Tornado. However you will be stuck with the same small carts.

The 801 penstyle takes a much larger cart, or you could look into cartomizers which last and last. They can be used with standard batteries or on mods as with the 510.

The experience is different on the 801 and the cartomizer, but we are all different so I am not going to talk about what is better. That would only refer to my own preferences. Look for feedback on the forum and see lots of opinions on flavour and throat hit.

frogbmth provided you with some good suggestions. Here are some more:

• Get a PCC (personal charging case) to charge one battery while you're vaping with the other. With that, you can go all day and evening without getting near a wall socket or USB port. Then charge your PCC while your sleep. They cost around 25 bucks. [FYI: The extended length mega batteries will not fit in the PCC ... but a long PCC for them is about to be released. I think HealthCabin (China) has it already.]

• There also are mega atomizers and cartridges for the 510 (aka Titan), sold by Totally Wicked and by TECC. It appears they have about the same capacitiy as the penstyle carts.

• Instead of using carts ... drip directly on the atomizer. I gave up on carts long ago.
