Not personally... but it seems that most of them are 'genuine' joyetech, so I would say that they are a good deal...

The peeps at Word-Up CANCELLED a small order of mine once, making up some excuse about my card... until they finally admitted it was because it didn't meet the order 'requirements'... (although nothing was posted about it) LOL!!!!

They were real jerks about it, and I won't deal with them again!!

That's too bad. I've bought many small orders from them without any problem. They do ask if you are only buying one 1.50 item to buy at least two so it will at least cover shipping. Most all of my orders from them have been less than ten dollars and they have never complained to me.
