Okay, I've been vaping for 1.5 months and no analogs since I started! I started with a V2 cig cartomizer set up. Is this what is called an 808? Anyway my pass thru (usb cig?) crapped out on me 2 days ago and I picked up an eGo-t to get thru long weekend. I am considering stepping up to vv mod. I do not have a ton of cash right now so I am looking at the LAVATUBE from volcano to start. Would love the Provari but it is expensive. I think I need 510 stuff, which I believe refers to the thread types? I am not sure what to use on top of this as I do know that my cartos will not fit. So really here is my question:

What is a::unsure:

510 cartomizer tank?
Dual coil 510 carto?
Low resistance cartomizer?

Thanks and Happy New Year! :toast:

The cartomizer tank is a tank that fits outside of the catro and feeds it through a hole in the side of the carto.

A dual coil means it has well 2 coils in it instead of a single one like non dual coil.

Low resistance (LR) means you will get a hotter hit if you will. So say you want to use a cartomizer instead of the tank for the ego-t you could go with a boge 2.0 which is considered LR and a standard resistance is a boge 3.0. For example I use a 3.7 volt battery with a 1.7 LR carto and can tell you I get the same hit on 3.7 as I do with 5 volt do to the 1.7 LR carto.

You will need to top off every so often just really depends on how much you vape. I keep about 4 cartomizers with me at all times with different flavors and nic strengths so I can switch in just seconds. To top off you will notice a change in the flavor at that time I add anywhere from 10-20 drops <--- 1.7LR not boge , I have noticed if I hit 2 more times without topping off my carto burns out. By changing flavors or having 2 cartos of the same flavor you can have a back up on you and switch when you taste the difference in flavor, they will last you a bit longer.

I think a boge can hold 1ml of juice or at least that is how much I put in my wife's.
