Whatever u want to use will work fine. The lower the ohm's the hotter the coil will get at lower voltage. I use 3 ohms. If you are looking for a good tank the options are limitless. Ive tried a few and after almost 6 months of vaping I only want a rebuild able. Im not a fan of the carto. If you are though, then I dont think you will be for long, but to each his or her own. Try the Arry act4 at stormys vapor cellar. You can use a ce2 in it when your ready to upgrade to something that will last for more then a tank or two.

Depends on your style of vaping. You like to vape hot / cool / warm.... want a deep TH / med TH / Mild TH....
The higher resistance atty you go with will require you to use a higher voltage battery for it to work correctly. Using a LR atty will allow you to use more of a lower voltage battery for a decent result.
It's really a matter of preference and you'll have to find what works best for you.
Also remember all juices aren't created equal. Some are thicker, some need to burn hooter, some cooler in order for you to achieve the desired effect.

Not all atomizers are created equal. Ive tried 3 of them and the best was the one provape sells. Think its the "Joy" brand.
I use Boge 2.0 ohm cartomisers in my collection of tank's I'm heavily into HV vaping but I find the Boge's exceptional and more tha enough around 4v..
PS typo there meant to say "not heavily into HV! my point being the boges @ 2.0 ohm produce the right amount of TH. flavour and vapour and allow enough voltage adjustment 5+ plus volts on my Provari
