trying to get the specs of a diffrent relay right now 90 Amp Compressor Relay - AccuAir Suspension

Definitely more like it. Might work, hard to say without specs though.
You can definitely use a relay beyond its rating if you don't mind a shorter life for the relay. Or the risk from contacts sticking closed. One of the best reasons to go with mosfets is that they aren't mechanical and can't get pitted contacts from arcing which leads to high resistance and welding together of the contacts.

    would
    PC7150 relay work?

That relay can handle up to 75A when cold and 56A when hot. It would be safe to assume that it will be getting hot. :)
You'll need to test it to make sure it can switch on at your lowest battery voltage. Since it's a 12V relay, it might not.

    ...switching to PM.

Not to be rude but i dun believe you vape 500w. 100 watts is hellish hot, 120w whoa am not wanna do that again, 150w I am never ever doing that ever again..

    500w comeon that is ludicrouso_O

Meh perhaps I am wrong and you use suitable gauge coil but fog machines that fog whole stages are only 200-400watts..

:smokie: Holy cow thats beyond hot lol

Just adding an opinion, you can get a 300 watt regulator that will give an honest 300+ watts they are not little but not so big..

As with almost all regs you can overdrive this one at 180% before it goes into protection mode so it will give ya 600 watts 120A easy.. I overdrive my smaller 10A mod 20%-50% everyday no issues almost 3yrs service..
Someone has wired one up in this section if it interests you...

When I do dial up to 100w+ I blow through the atomizer fogging my whole area. Really cool effects with light shows.. Its still hella hawt. lol

hello visus and yes I vape at 500 watts daily. I understand it may seem hard to understand but I have been vaping for a long time. Me and the who shall not be named have agreed the best solution right now is for a relay to be used. In the mean time for my vaping needs which trust me isn't to hot at all. I currently use the
