Negative Rating, no order but card charged

Last Friday, Vapor Joes ran an "ad" on the Smoktech AROs at madvapes. I went online and added one black and one red AROs to my cart (my 1st time ordering from this company), then proceeded to checkout. Got through the whole process, but an error occured - something about a timeout, I didn't copy down the error because I didn't think anything of it at the time - and the order didn't go through. I tried again, going through the entire checkout process, this time getting another different error - didn't write that one down either. Because their site was acting really sluggish, I just gave up, figuring I'd go back over the weekend.

The AROs are still in my shopping cart and no orders are showing on my account as of today ...but on Saturday, I found out my card was charged for the order ...an order that, for all intents and purposes, never occured. I've left a voicemail today about this, but no return call.

So far, NEGATIVE customer experience.

Issue was resolved satisfactorily via credit back to my card after submitting a 'ticket' on their site and referencing this thread (although I don't know that the latter had anything to do with anything). I'll wait a few days to make sure everything has time to 'settle', then I'll go and (try to) order my AROs again. No harm, no foul at this point.
