The nemmy clones have been a little notorious for this as far as I've heard. A lot of times from the gunk build up on the threads. Soap, water and a scrub to clean the threads up and then some nolax for the threads should do.

Good of you to bring this up. If anyone using mods get a sudden jolt - their button / switch becomes extremely hot, I mean feels suddenly really really hot - like makes you jolt - it could likely be from arking. Check the connections and coils or in some cases gunk in the battery threads. Potentially dangerous stuff

So all of a sudden i seen this glow, fire it a few more times and watched it ark from batt to switch. That's prolly not a good thing haha so got a caravella clone on order. :) Vape Safe my friends!

If you're firing it you have the mod assembled, correct? How can you see the battery and where is the arc happening?

Sounds like fluff from someone that should not be using any type of Mechanical mod. A knowledgeable user would solve an issue like that in short order and go back to Vaping.

Also, I have read many many threads and reviews on Nemesis clones - First time I've heard this one. Oh and I own 9 good, working Nemesis Clones. :D

i would like to take a minute and emphasize this VERY GOOD point....

With the growth in e-cig popularity, and the price drop in clones along with their abundance. Things like this scare the crap out of me.

Let's face it, common sense isn't so common.

At what point do we as hobbyists step in and tell people they are making purchases beyond their "level", rather than helping them?
