Nemesis clone questions...

I'm looking into getting a Nemesis Clone for my first mech.
I like the simple design, just straightforward tube with a nice looking switch and the airflow control.
Adjustable center pin and also magnet upgrade are also drawing me towards it.

However, I see talk of the hcigar being better than the fasttech one....

What's the difference?

Also, would I get better performance if I ordered the Atmomixani bottom and top pins?
I plan on getting the magnets from them and saw that they also offer the pins.

The fast tech one works great! don't sweat all the bs you read about which one's which, thats just a bunch of ....ers arguing over nothing. The springs work fine if you open up the switch and adjust them properly. The pins are silver plated just like the originals. buy it, vape it, it works really well. Or you can buy an original and own a hand crafted piece of vaping art.

I guess it wouldn't make much of a difference with which one I get if I'm only gonna upgrade the switch and the pins.

Have you noticed any voltage drop while using the stock pins?

Well, I don't test v drop per se. But, I can say, stock, with an rsst on top, it hits as good or better than my zen mini.

H cigar will be better quality for sure and go for the brass smother threads and hits a little better..

This will be a 1:1 replica..

FT = Dead on twin to Hciger. Likely Same Manufacturing company.

Been running an Ithaka on mine for the last 2 1/2 weeks with excellent performance. Updated it to magnetic 6 days ago and really like the results.

Also, with FT you are getting a 6 month warranty. Something most venders do not offer.

That's what I did. Start off with a clone and see if you like it. Very good idea for first mech mod.

Ok I have Hcigar and no the FT ones are not from the same manufacture not only boxed different but they use to say the name and it was not Hcigar. I rather get one in 4 days than wait, even throw they are not using HK post to the US now. Air flow almost means nothing since most devices get air from themselves(except Kanger PT). Magnets is another thing you have to get the right strong ones. One guy on eBay sell some that are crap. Fat Daddy Vapes have the good ones very strong but don't know for how long. You can order from Atmomixani but by the time you pay for shipping & vat you may as well buy a real one. The performance of the clone is fine and you can put a kick in there. Just get good batteries don't cut on that period...

I have 3 FT clones (1 brass and 2 SS) and 3 Hcigar (1brass 1 SS w/gold rings and afc and 1 SS) and I cant tell the difference. theres a cloNemmy made by tobeco that is definitely different.

You don't need the magnets it just replaces the springs in the switch so some put them in. It does push smother but you have to get a good set or the thing will fire if you set the mod down and not lock it.

Hcigar is NOT a manufacturer - They are a reseller
HCigar Box is Not an indication of Production. It is a Retail packaging.

I buy Kanger direct in coops - Often, Oem white box - you purchase Retail packaged = Same at higher pricing.

Why would FT ever purchase 10,000 units at a time from a middle man? Why would anyone pay added expense for High qty. product when they can contract the SAME manufacturer at The SAME Purchase Price?

Really people think about this.

Assume a reasonable # of Machine services available.
Realize the thousands of Products Machined and Shipped Daily.

Even VaporBreaks Nemesis clone is nothing more than a Bottom Cap graphic change. Likely a commitment to 300-500 units to attain.

I hate to have to point out the obvious, but I'm glad you did. when you have these know-it-alls telling people that this one is better than that one when they really don't know what the he'll they're talking about, I guess you have to.

If someone wants to spend double to get the exact same mod quicker, that's their deal. Just don't start a thred asking "what should I do?" when you've already made up your mind! As the OP obviously had.
There is a plethora of info on this item and the minutiae surrounding it in the nemesis/chemisis thread, I suggest to read it before starting another thread where you aren't going to listen to the advice anyways.

If I see another nemesis clone thread I may just blow a gasket and get my self kicked from this forum!
