I just bought the sony 30 amp 18650 for my nemesis clone. Its the biggest size battery so to make it fit, the middle ring and "beauty ring" have to come off the nemesis (every size battery requires something taken out fyi). There are youtube videos showing the different looks of nemesis with different size batteries. As for the authentic Russian 91%, not sure.. I bought the Kayfun.

Thanks! I would buy the kayfun but the airflow on the russian really sold me.

That is why I originally was going to go for Russian but I bought the Kayfun lite plus clone from tobeco for 35 bucks because it actually has a airflow control. From researching I didn't think there was a kayfun with it, but found it on ebay. Other than some dripping out the mouth tip while filling at the port on the bottom, it has been great. A common complaint is a whistling sound but I haven't heard one yet. Here is what I bought in case you want to see (came in 2 days!) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemVersion&item=231122396657&view=all&tid=985649964013

I think that the adjustable 510 center pin on the R91 is what makes it better than the KFL. It's not really an issue with the Nemesis (since you screw in the switch to eliminate battery rattle), but it's proven invaluable to me with other mods to remove gaps and battery rattle.

You will not regret getting the nemesis/Russian 91 combo. It has been my go to set up in 350 mode since the day they arrived. I now have two identical setups I carry daily. 28 gauge 9 wraps on a 1/16 drill bit, 1.3 ohm. Throw in a little 24mg Bobas and boom!

Vaporkings has the Russian in stock as of last night. I bought mine from there, as well as a bunch of other gear. Always excellent service, and fast shipping.

I also have a clone Nemmy for work, and a real Nemmy for home. I bought the Kayfun clone with airflow to go on the work Nemesis, but it has proven to be a disappointment. It leaks and whistles and doesn't taste quite as good as the real Russian. I now use the clone as a test unit, just to play with. If I find something worthwhile I will do it on the real Russian.

The Nemesis clone is really solid for the price. The machine work is really good, but the switch is quite janky. I compounded the switch, lubed it well, and installed the magnet switch upgrade in it. It is totally acceptable, and at 101vape you can get it for $30. It is a winner for that $.

As far as batteries, it depends what you are doing with regards to your build. I have the 30 amp sony for sub ohm builds, but I find that I like 1.5-1.7 ohms on my Russian. If I am looking to carry it out, I like the super tiny 18350 mode. I use the AW18350. But in general, I tend to keep my 18650 Sony or Panny in it.
