I have both a real Nemesis and a cloned Nemesis and I cannot tell the difference between the two. I would highly recommend picking up a clone...

Only thing I had to do other than magnets was add an o ring between the battery tube and lock ring. Sometimes when turning the lock ring when it butted up to the tube it would lock into place and be a pain to get it to unscrew
