Nemesis connector getting hot.

The 510 connector band on my nemesis is getting hot (about 104 Fahrenheit), is that normal? It happens after about 8 short drags in a row. I'm using a patriot rda with a 1.2 ohm simple coil build (got it 3 days ago). Am I shorting it, or does it just get hot?

the 510 is connected to the positive post on your partriot, it will transfer heat down to your mod. It should or could be as warm as your atty.

Yup, it's probably conducting heat into itself from the atty. Just make sure the battery isn't getting warm. I doubt it is, but I don't want to assume and miss that one.

If your battery ever gets warm that can be from a short somewhere and you should stop vaping and fix it before continuing.

One question for you. What battery are you using?

As long as your contacts are clean and making good contact, and you hve no battery rattle, I would not worry about it. As long as your battery is not getting hot.

Thanks for the help, this was new to me since my Aerotank didn't heat up. Also, I'm using a 2500 mAh efest purple 18650.
