Nemesis firing with 18350 but not 18650

I have tried every which configuration to get my nemesis to fire in 18650 but it just doesn't want to. Battery is fully charged and fires just fine with my 18350. Anybody have some words of wisdom to help fix my problem

3 things to check.
1. continuity from top to bottom without the switch?
2. Is the switch making good contact with battery? (top piece removed)
3. Is the top of the mod making a good connection with battery top? (with the switch removed)

All of the above can be checked with multimeter (which you need anyways.).

There is a thin section that is also to be removed its about 1/4" between the two main tubes.

and obviously the kick extension should be removed i had the same issue when i got mine just took some tinkering around then i figured it out good luck!
