So I am a little confused here guys. My pin on my switch does move. I tried screwing it all the way down but I still have a lot of battery wobble. I don't have the kick ring in or the beauty ring. So not sure what is going on. If I adjust the switch pin then it does fire and I don't have anymore battery wobble.

check right under the 510 cap, you should see a thin strip tube section about 1/8" long, looks like part of the top cap, it is not. Remove it, screw the to cap back down, now tighten up the damn switch pin. lol. The kick ring is probably pretty tight now, don't pinch the outsides of it to unscrew, you'll never get it off, grab the inside and outside of the small ring and unscrew it that way. On the stainless edition the ring is not as noticeable because it looks like part of the top cap, on the 2 tone edition it's brass so is easier to spot.

A trick in getting the smaller beauty ring out.
Use either electrical tape or any other tape. Tape the tube that is loose and the beauty ring together. After that, grab both the beauty ring and taped tube together to unwind. Once you get the beauty ring off, peel the tape off and unscrew it from the loose tube.

You don't have to do that. You just pinch thin edge of ring between pointer finger and thumb and twist it right off... no tape required. If you try to spin it off like a normal tube... then it can be a pain.

You will cut yourself with the cheap clones. Edge of tube on them are as sharp as a knife.

Now I feel like a idiot lol. But hey guys once again thanks for everything and all the help

No worries, a month doesn't go by that we don't see a similar thread or two about the exact same thing, now you will be able to help the next guy out when they have battery wobble and sound like a pro. Even seen youtube reviewers have the same complaints about battery fitment issues.

Mine twist right off by pinching them... even after cranking them tight. No issues(or cuts) at all. My cheap clones work great. Especially when they were buy one get one free.

PS The switch pin is not meant to be adjustable.

yeah, been trying to convey the switch pin thing for months, it's hard to convince when even some of the respected venders mention that it is adjustable, it has threads so you can easily disassemble, not meant for changing the throw or adjusting the battery slop.

It would be like looking at a spark plug and going, hey my plugs have an adjustable firing height, I can raise the plugs to fine tune the ignition of the gas I am burning. Please don't try and adjust the height of you sparkplugs folks, they were meant to be screwed all the way in and torqued. Just like the Nemi switch contact post.

You mean your supposed to screw my spark plugs all the way down?:confused:

Lol! Just playing. But I love how you explained that.

Gower, an easy fix for the Nemi clone switch, is to take the switch housing apart, making sure to not lose the locking pin, and remove the small spring inside, put it back together and smooth as silk. Make sure the Negative contact screw is tightened down good, other wise it can back out and cause a misfire.

fatdaddy vapes sell the magnets and the extended pins for a good price. Fast shipping too, then you can use the kick beauty ring without the kick. check it out.

They also have the magnets for many other mech mods too.

Love the Nemi 2 tone clone, was my first mech, but love my Stingray Copper Black by JD Tech, so much more, don't tell 2 tone that though, she'll get jealous. lol. Nemi was my first mech.
Ya I love my nemi too, but nothing can touch my phantom brass stingray in beauty or performance, it's basically the perfect mod IMO

Love my Nemesis it's been good to me until recently. Apparently a friend decided to see what the button assembly looked like and lost the little brass pin that fits under the connection pin now the whole thing is a nightmare. Only been able to a find a replacement for 20 euros. International shipping for that tiny piece is too much and I haven't found an American vendor with one in stock. Any suggestions?

This what you looking for?

Or you could get yourself a life time of spares in the form of some brass rods and cut to size - probably a 2mm size? Usually you can pick these up at model/crafting stores in the UK so maybe the same in the USA? You guys have far better hardware stores than us IMO :)

my brother ordered a chi you clone from fast tech and they sent teh nemesis instead. looks nice but im not liking it. That switch is horrible and I dont like the locking ring. think my m16 clone feels much much more solid for less. still going to play around with it more but idk

Feel like he should swap it for something else.

messed around more and think I have it set up good now, switch is still meh but its firing good and no battery rattle. this mod hits hard

You tried the magnet "fix" ? for a couple of quid/dollars may be worth a try if it's only the switch that annoys you. Bought some to try when mine arrives. No idea if I will like it or not.
I had also read on the FT site that some of the more recent supplied Nemi's are not as good as the original batch by quite a bit. Bit nervous how mine is going to be, as I guess the buyer in the UK I am getting it from probably sourced from FT or similar and selling them for a bit extra.
