Gentlemen and Ladies.... HELP !!!
So I have this Nemesis I've been using for couple of months now,,, when I got it I cleaned it and tuned it,,, Vapes like a champ!!!
When changing batteries,,,I leave the atty (Stillare) the top cap and the top tube together and unscrew the top tube from the bottom tube (18650 mode) leaving the switch in place in the bottom tube, remove spent battery replace with fresh battery, checking top and bottom pins are still snug, I back out the switch the least little bit, screw the thing back together when the tubes are tight I snug the switch, break the tubes just a hair, re-snug the switch, and the re-snug the tubes works every time
I have done this many many times without any issues, Regular Maintenance, Cleaning and Thread Lube
Until Yesterday...
Went to change the battery and could not get the darn thing apart, as I began to unscrew it within a turn or so it became tighter and tighter until it just stopped
Turned it back in and it loosened up, it was loose enough that I could tell the threads were not crossed and not binding, so I began to unscrew it again
Within a turn or so and it started getting tight again,,, really tight,,, grrrr !!!
So back in again and nice and loose at first then really really tight,,, I couldn't / can't get this thing apart...
Top Cap, Tubes, Switch,,, All too tight to turn, but I did manage to get my Stillare off the top cap
It seems that maybe the pins ? are turning out ? causing compression on the battery ?
I am afraid to use excessive force and damage the battery / threads,,, or even worse,,, Damage Me !!!
What is going on inside this thing that I cant get it apart ???
Any Advice will be greatly Appreciated... Thanks,,, DC
