Explain resistance check - how? Another mod or meter?
Verified Battery properly charged?
Cleaned all contacts with Alcohol and wiped dry?
Cleaned all threading?
Disassembled and cleaned all switch parts?

Mechanical Mods are nice, but they do require attention and good housekeeping. I have 9 Nemesis and occasionally one will stop firing. It is almost always a cleaning issue. Usually contacts. Once in a while an adjustment.

Did your nemesis come with a kick ring? If so you need to remove that when your not using the fuse or a kick board. Use your multi meeter to make sure your getting voltage to the 510 connector. Being careful not to short out the 510 connector. Also on my neme you can move the fire swith in and out by twisting it along with the locking ring. Have you got the switch screwed in all the way? Last thing is move your switch contact out some. It is adjustable. If when all is screwed in place the battery rattles your not done adjusting the contacts. If you have tried all of these I'd return it. If you can't return it and all of the above did not help Fat Daddies has an upgrade kit for the neme that is very good. But don't go changing parts if you need to return it. FYI I have a Hcigar Neme and supposedly they are better than the authentic. Hope you get it working.

Nemesis comes with several parts for different configurations.
18650 - with No Kick
Main tube
Long tube
Switch
Cap
Set aside short tube and Kick ring(beauty ring)

Attach Atty to top and screw flush
Snug center contact screw
Attach Top cap to top tube
Install Battery
Screw in switch until snug
Adjust lock ring full up
Test switch throw - should stop before touching lock ring

If you do not see the (beauty)ring it is likely secured to the top Cap but does come off.

How do I check voltage to 510 connector? I know how to setup the nemesis. Ive checked the screws on the switch and the atty. Ive removed the kick ring for the fuse but kept the beauty ring because it needs it. I tried it without the beauty ring. Ive tried magnets and springs with the pin unscrewed to make contact with the battery. The nemesis was working fine then just stopped.

If everything is snugged up right, and the 510 pin isn't making contact with the body of the mod there's no reason it shouldn't fire.. that switch screw should be snugged down to, it can come unscrewed easily when not tightened down, but if you like the look that shouldn't effect the ability to fire, until it falls out at least.

It "just not firing" doesn't sound logical.. something is missing here

You can use a multimeter to test the voltage going to the 510, they have attachments that test voltage drop too you can get from different vendors

My nemesis mod stopped firing. I checked the resistance of the coil and it was fine. I used a aerotank and still not firing. I adjust the screw and still nothing. I check the continuity of my vape safe fuse and still nothing. I tried a different battery as well. Little help please.

Is it a clone? The first mod I got was a Nemesis clone, not sure who made it, but on mine I didn't have issues, but on someone else's Nemesis clone by a different clone company not sure which one either was more of a pain, even with the same exact battery and atty, and using all the right tubes wouldn't fire, and it was brand new at the time, what I did was just repeat the process of removing the top cap and putting on the atty and adjusting the telescoping pin until it was snug then put it back on the extension tube then put in the battery and connected the tube and adjusted the switch until it was snug, it took 3x before it fired for whatever reason.

Ok. Back to the drawing board. It works for awhile then starts to drip fluid out of the airhole. This is what it did last time.
That means you over dripped or your cotton is right in front or too close to the air holes unless you have really oversized air holes you shouldn't get liquid dripping out of the air holes.

Assuming you mean the Nemesis air holes:
Well, that is the atty. You need to figure out the flooding cause and correct.
You will also need to pull the air ring off the nemesis, remove the top and rinse everything to remove the liquid puddle inside.

I loosen the bottom screw near the switch and made sure the top screw made contact with the atty and snug but not too tight. It must have been one or the other.

That's a NO-NO, the screw in the switch must be kept tight. What you can do is place a thin washer under the screw, or get the FatDaddyVapes.com screws to reduce the throw necessary for the switch to make contact. Be careful, if you get that screw to high, the mod will auto fire.

And yes, if your topper leakes out the bottom the liquid is going to come out those air holes. But, that's the fault of your topper, not the Nemesis. It simply was not designed for toppers that leak out the bottom.

Can't help with the Atty leaking as you have not said what Atty it is.

I'll agree, most people need the Switch screw tight. Safety of KISS - keep it simple Stupid
I do NOT tighten any of my switch pins, unless the mod will fire with it tight in the particular configuration. I also am always aware of switch feel and throw. I also NEVER pocket carry a Mod - with exception of an ego450 w/carto and protective sleeve.

Those are My personal choices and not the norm for most users and I do not endorse going outside the norm.:)

*You may be getting Switch Bind.
Please do as suggested and disassemble the switch fully and clean all parts.
CAUTION - remove parts slowly and over a smooth clean surface. That little rice pin is hard to find.......if not impossible.
