with the
mod split in half measure resistance from the center post to outer case (should be infinite)
then on the other half measure resistance from switch pin to case (should be zero) yes even with the button not pushed
measure the voltage of the battery from top cap to base cape : note the voltage
insert the measured battery into the bottom half of the
mod,measure the voltage with the button pushed (should read the voltage noted above)
measure the voltage with the button not pushed (should read zero)
if any of these readings don't add up, you have a problem
