No you can use any atty with a 510 connection. (The connection that sticks out instead of screwing on top (ego))
It does not have to be a rebuildable atty.

Thanks. That helps. So I can use my ego clearomizer. This thing needs 18650 battery and charger in addition to get started. Right?

No prob. Enjoy the nemi.

If you decide to go for it, get some of the switch magnets too.
Once you have it, you might want to put some graphite (pencil will work) on the switch parts. It makes it nice and smooth.

Although copper is great, you might want to consider the SS version. Its far more durable but in the end it is personal pref. I have both and they are a good buy for the money no matter which you opt for.

Thanks. I would SS. I find the one with two 'beauty rings'. What are the beauty rings? :)

Beauty rings in this case mean spacer rings.
As not all batteries have the same dimensions (length) and you can also adjust the top connection, you might find the button sticking out a bit far. This is not so pretty.
By adding a beauty ring, you extend the total length of the tube which allows you to twist the button in further making it look better.

At risk of derailing this thread (sorry!) I have to ask - I do have magnets in my Nemi clone and I love it. The rice pin seems to give a little "clunk" occasionally - you're saying that if i wear off some graphite onto that rice pin things will get smoother?

Honestly 1 of them is enough and most have one.
General tip, don't buy the cheapest ones there. Generally the build quality is less. For the few extra dollars , don't run the risk.

Would you mind suggesting me something of good built for a beginner? It's hard pick one on any criteria other than aesthetics ;)

I've had great success with my HCigar Nemesis Copper clone with a Mutation-X RDA. Steel RDA on a copper mod might send some people running for the hills, but I don't mind it. It works great, and hasn't given me any problems for over a month. All reasonable priced, as well.

Thanks. I would love a copper RDA. Let me search it.
