My magnets came in from Deal Extreme. I ordered the same one's listed in the original post. They fit in my Nemmy clone from fasttech with no modification to the switch. So far so good with them installed. The switch is smoother and feels really nice. The magnets are strong enough to set the mod with an rda on it in 18650 configuration on its switch end and not fire. It does sag a little under the weight, but holds up to the weight without firing.

I was a little worried about that slight sag so I put 3 magnets in the switch and tried that. Wow, definitely no sag, but talk about a stiff button push! They fit though and the mod fired. Back to just the 2 magnets.

This is the first magnetic switch I've had, so I'm still getting used to it. Will update this thread if something comes up with this setup.

The YT looks a little too big. I've seen complaints about magnets that have too wide an i.d. And din't work well. The deal extreme magnets I can confirm work great v

I can confirm the DX magnets as well. They finally came in today. I ordered them back on the 4th. So 21 days to get to me. But heck, they were less than $4 and they work quite well. It even stands up without firing(18350 with a kick and a 22mm ibtanked cartotank on top.

As far as their longevity, IDK, but even if they break I have 10 so I got spares for awhile.

Did you experiment with strength of 3 magnets?

Nope. I had not as I was quite happy with the throw of 2. I just tried it though, too strong. Back to two and happy. I did try it with the little spring in between the two magnets earlier. It worked okay. I would say the throw of that is between using 2 vs 3 magnets.

I'm anxious to play w/ magnets. Perhaps 3 magnets and a non-magnetic washer will produce strength of 2 1/2 magnets.
